Harry Iyer is Maantic’s Founder. Harry provides Maantic’s strategic vision, and leads the company's growth efforts. Additionally, Harry focuses on Business Development and building the relationship with software product companies like Pegasystems, Salesforce and Informatica. He is exceptional in building relationships with clients, partners and his employees. In 2009, Harry founded Maantic, and was responsible for establishing the relationship with Pegasystems. He was also responsible for growing the Salesforce practice at Maantic.
Prior to starting Maantic, Harry worked for offshore companies like Cognizant and Mindtree and was primarily involved in Sales and Account Management. Harry has over 20 years of experience selling Financial and IT services and Account Management skills with Fortune 500 and software product companies. Additionally, Harry has worked with many clients in various domains including Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Insurance.
Moreover, Harry has been responsible for not only supporting Pegasystems on client engagements, but establishing deep relationships and service agreements with many of Maantic's long term clients, such as Alere Health, Ameriprise, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Morgan Stanley and Mozido.
Harry graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Commerce.
Shiv Subramanian is the Head of Finance and Operations at Maantic Inc.
He is a finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning the entire gamut of finance with additional responsibility of overseeing Global Procurement and Legal & Compliance function. He has a proven track record of extensive domestic and international experience in corporate operations and management, delivering improved profits via cost control measures for over 20 years. His primary forte is in guiding business segments to greater efficiency and growth, reducing organizational risk through comprehensive changes within departments, and ensuring maximum accuracy and quality in reporting and forecasting. His expertise extends in all areas of directing and managing finances for the company's local offices across cities and the foreign office, corporate budgeting and cash flow management, strategic financial planning, audits, system and procedure development, corporate governance to standard operating financial procedure, management information systems and strengthening of internal controls.
Umesh Marthi is our Chief Architect and provides technology leadership at Maantic. He oversees our Solution Practices and engages with technology leaders in our customers’ organizations to provide Solution Architecture and Technology Strategy consulting. As a senior IT executive specializing in the banking and financial services industry, Umesh brings over 25 years of experience in architecting, implementing and managing highly scalable global solutions; staffing and building skilled technology teams and forging highly effective client partnerships; strategic planning for O&T including stewardship of Enterprise Technology Roadmaps. Umesh has expertise and specific focus in Product development, Business Intelligence, Business Process re-engineering and Technology transformation. Umesh has held several leadership positions at F500 enterprises in USA and Asia including Citigroup, Chase and ING.
Kumar Hebbar is an experienced Sales & business development professional with a demonstrated history of working in the IT services, freight forwarding and supply chain industry. Skilled in Sales, Negotiation, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Strong marketing professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Institute of Technology and Management.
He currently heads Maantic’s India Sales and Operations.
Tia Abdullaj is a hands on results oriented leader with over 15 years of experience managing C-Level expectations both domestically and globally. A Senior Executive with the ability to lead large teams both onshore and offshore, Tia has the ability to immediately impact the effective acquisition and utilization of human capital and leadership within global organizations. Having traveled to over 25 countries uniquely positions Tia to be able to help global organizations across multiple departments. Tia has demonstrated success with comprehensive knowledge in leadership principles, project management skills, hiring, training and development, problem solving, and organizational planning. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a second Master’s in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, and a Certificate in Transformational Leadership.
