Additionally, Harry focuses on Business Development with software product companies like Pegasystems, Salesforce, UiPath and ServiceNow. He is exceptional in building relationships with clients, partners, and his employees.

Prior to starting Maantic, Harry worked for offshore companies like Cognizant and Mindtree, being involved primarily in Sales and Account Management. Harry has over 25 years of experience selling Financial and IT services, and Account Management skills with Fortune 500 and software product companies. Additionally, Harry has worked with numerous clients in various domains including Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Insurance.

He has a proven track record and extensive domestic and international experience in corporate operations and management, consistently delivering improved profits through cost control measures. 

His forte is in guiding businesses to greater efficiency and growth, reducing organizational risks through comprehensive changes within departments, and ensuring maximum accuracy and quality in reporting and forecasting. His expertise extends to directing and managing finances for the company's local and foreign offices, corporate budgeting and cash flow management, strategic financial planning, audits, system and procedure development, corporate governance to standard operating financial procedure, management information systems, and strengthening of internal controls.

Vijay has deep experience in driving transformative change in both large and ambitious mid-sized organizations, to create digital intervention and technology infusion to reimagine possibilities and has always focused his work on Digital Transformation across the business landscape.  

During his career, he has built several high-performance teams, incubated, scaled and sustained CoEs, and crafted and streamlined portfolios from scratch. Vijay oversees Maantic’s Digital Process Automation & Emerging Technologies practice.

Rising through the ranks to become the CTO of ING Investment Management (India) and coupled with being a senior consultant at Mahindra Special Services Group (MSSG), he comes with hands-on experience in BPR, BCP, Enterprise Risk Management, and IT. He is also a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).

As the CISO, Bharatarajan is responsible for developing and implementing procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems and assets from both internal and external threats. He is also responsible for managing compliance and regulatory audits.
