Position

Sr. Appian Architect and Appian Developer

Job Duties:

  • Must have 5+ yrs of experience in Appian.
  • Experience in Appian Process Models, Integrations, SAIL Interface, Reporting
  • Hands on experience on BPMS implementations – process design, form design, rules, SAIL, CDTs
  • Must have experience with DB Scripting (stored procedure, Views) and Optimization
  • Experience in Understanding and communicating Appian Application Architecture
  • Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds
  • Designs conceptual workflows and related actions
  • Defines application user roles and responsibilities
  • Strong hands-on experience in full software life cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile
  • Strong hands-on experience with Appian Tool, with a focus on Appian Application and Appian Interface design
  • Strong hands-on experience in design patterns and transaction management, with a focus on Appian patterns and Appian integrations Responsible for component development.
  • Understanding of Appian Best Practices
  • Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Appian Certification is mandatory
  • Experience with Appian RPA, Appian AI, IDP is a plus
  • Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus

Position

Sr. Pega Developer

Services to be Performed:

Collaborate with business process owners and software engineers to automate business processes via BPM solutions. Utilize an Agile development approach to validate and refine the solution. Collaborate with the team to implement technical deliverable’s such as services, integrations, reporting, and web services. Learn and support existing Pega applications to ensure a great user experience. Partner with customers to identify processes improvements, validate requirements and customize the application user interface (UI). Optimize system configuration, applications, services, and database queries. Implement process monitoring and perform performance tuning.

Required Skills: 

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and supporting production processes using Pega BPM technology
  • 2+ years of experience querying and integrating with relational databases such as Oracle
  • 2+ years of current experience in application development or customization with Java, J2EE, and/or C#
  • Hands on years of experience in application integration using SOA/web services
  • Candidate must have basic SQL, and some coding skills to extend Pega functionality. Please expect hands-on coding test in SQL or PL/SQL

Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Gather, analyze, and document the business requirements, workflows and business processes to define detailed plans to map functional needs to product functionality and define and implement roadmaps. Host plan review meetings to understand workflow requirements and potential issues, risks and/or conflicts. Involved in clearly establishing a functional baseline for as-is state and defining the to-be state with a transition roadmap that includes the key components around technology team members in determining technology and product configurations. Oversees use-case development process, including review of use-case definitions and test cases.

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in InfoSystems/EE/CS/Comp Eng/CIS/Eng/Related and two years of experience.

Salary: $133,245.00 to $200,000.00 per year

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in InfoSystems/EE/CS/Comp Eng/CIS/Eng/Related and five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience. Employer will also accept a Master Degree or foreign equivalent in InfoSystems/EE/CS/CompEng/CIS/Eng/Related and three years of related experience.

Salary: $197,829.00 to $295,000.00  per year
